By using RMNDA PRO, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Description of service

RMNDA PRO provides location-based reminder notifications that trigger when you arrive at or leave a chosen location.

3. Subscriptions & billing

RMNDA PRO is a paid subscription service billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use RMNDA PRO lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service. Location-based features require device location permissions.

5. Limitation of liability

RMNDA PRO is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed reminders, inaccurate location data, or any damages arising from use of the app. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
